1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our digital marketing solutions.

2. Services Rendered

SEO INFO SOFT provides digital marketing and search engine optimization services as outlined in your selected pricing plan (Silver, Gold, or Platinum). While we employ advanced, proven strategies, we cannot guarantee specific organic rankings on Google or other search engines due to continuous algorithm updates that are beyond our control.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure project success, clients are required to provide timely access to necessary assets, including website credentials, CMS access, Google Analytics, and Search Console. Delays in providing access may result in timeline extensions for which SEO INFO SOFT is not liable.

4. Payment and Billing

All SEO plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis unless otherwise agreed upon in a custom enterprise contract. Payments must be received within 7 days of the invoice date. Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of link-building and content optimization activities until the account is settled.

5. Intellectual Property

All original content, graphics, and technical audits created during the term of your service remain the property of the client upon full payment. However, SEO INFO SOFT retains the right to utilize general project data and success metrics as case studies for our portfolio, provided no sensitive data is disclosed.

6. Cancellation & Termination

Clients may cancel their recurring monthly plans by providing a 30-day written notice to support@seoinfosoft.store. Due to the upfront resource allocation required for technical audits and outreach, fees for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.
